Filing a Counter-Notice

- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that was removed and its location on the site before it was removed
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material
- Your name, address, and telephone number, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original complaint or their agent
Repeat Infringers
We may remove content, restrict access, or take other appropriate action, including termination where applicable, against users or sources associated with repeated, valid copyright claims.
